Description: West Coast Swing Novice Workshops include basic 6 and 8 beat patterns (as established by the World Swing Dance Council in conjunction with the Golden State Dance Teachers Association) and all of the fundamental basic technique (including Elastic Stretch, Anchoring, and Setting the Post (all of which are unique to West Coast Swing).
